You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Availability, pricing, reservation policies, cancellation policies, and operating hours are determined by the participating venue or booking partner and may change without notice.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Additional taxes, service charges, or processing fees may apply and will be disclosed before checkout.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the applicable restaurant, hotel, event organizer, or booking partner. Where permitted, iPlan will assist in facilitating communications but is not responsible for third-party refund decisions.
Our AI “Plan My Night” feature generates recommendations based on user preferences and available information. Recommendations are for convenience only and are not guarantees regarding availability, quality, pricing, safety, or suitability.

All content, branding, logos, software, graphics, and trademarks are owned by iPlan Concierge Group Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
iPlan integrates with third-party booking, mapping, payment, and reservation services. We are not responsible for their products, services, or policies.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPlan Concierge Group Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iPlan Concierge Group Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of iPlan after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
